UST Projector Screen Compatibility Guide

Compatibility is about optical geometry first. A screen can be physically large enough yet still be the wrong material for the projector. The NothingProjector 132-inch featured screen is specifically sold for ultra-short-throw projectors and the merchant warns against standard or long-throw use.

Confirm that the projector is UST

Look at the manufacturer’s throw specification and installation diagram. A UST projector normally sits very close to the wall and throws the image upward at a steep angle. If your projector is mounted on the ceiling or several feet back, this screen is not intended for it.

Check the supported image size

Even among UST projectors, not every model is designed to produce a 132-inch image. Confirm that your projector can focus and maintain geometry at that size, and that its placement distance works with your furniture.

Merchant-listed examples

NothingProjector names Hisense L9H/L5G, AWOL Vision LTV-3500/LTV-3000 Pro and XGIMI Aura as example compatible UST models. Treat those examples as merchant guidance, not a substitute for checking the exact installation manual and current firmware or optical specifications for your projector.

Screen orientation matters

Directional lenticular surfaces must be installed the correct way up. If the material is reversed, the optical structure can reject the projector’s light instead of sending it toward viewers. Follow the manufacturer’s markings and assembly instructions.

Confirm the wall and projector centerline

Large UST screens demand accurate alignment. Verify wall flatness, screen height, the projector’s offset and the furniture location before drilling. Digital keystone correction should not be the first plan for solving major physical misalignment.
